No Refund & No Return Policy All sales are final – we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refunds or returns will be provided after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Product

We only provide support in case you receive:

  • A damaged product, or
  • A wrong item

In such cases, customers must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear unboxing video & images as proof
  • Email details to our support team

After verification, we will offer a replacement (if applicable). No refunds will be issued.
